I tried several solutions such as:-
1 - Disk Utility and run "Repair Permissions"
2 - Switching on and off the HDD.
3 - Run "USB Prober"
Finally, what I did was to switch off the HDD for several minutes and switch on again.
Voila! It works!

[HOW-TO] - Solve Unrecognize USB Drive for Macbook OS
My USB drive that used to connect to the Time Capsule have no problems. But there are times it cannot recognize the USB drive. I have checked to connect directly to my Macbook but still it won't recognize. I confirmed that my USB port is working since I can connect to another USB drive.
